Aquasmart technology
Aquasmart technology/system works by creating NB nano-bubbles in water. To understand this phenomenon, you need to understand that the nano-level is the atomic level. By creating such small nano-bubbles, our devices achieve very high levels of efficiency. At this (atomic) level, one of the most important things is the contact surface. The contact surface determines how fast and how important the reactions/interactions will be.
The smallest Aquasmart device/system can create 165 million nano-bubbles per milliliter in one hour. If we assume an average size of 90 nm per nano-bubble, this means that the contact surface per milliliter will be about 4200 m2. This is more than half of an international football pitch (7000 m2) for every milliliter we produce. Aquasmart technology/system allows us to obtain very specific properties of water. Depending on the type of device offered and the gas used in it that we introduce into the water, the water will become a disinfectant, killing most bacteria or viruses, will contribute to the growth of crops or production, will help reduce the use of pesticides, improve the protection of fruits, vegetables, etc. All these effects are achieved without using any substances harmful to humans or the environment.
What are nanobubbles and why should they be used?
A nanobubble is a bubble that is one in a billion meters (10-9 meters; 0.000000001 meters) in size.
It is so small that it is equal to the size of 3 gold atoms in a row.
This small size gives bubbles special properties, allowing them to deliver gas (along with its properties) at the atomic level.
The surface of these very small bubbles is negatively charged. Because of this, nanobubbles have very high solubility and a very long lifespan in liquids compared to normal bubbles.
How is ozone produced?
In our AQUASMART systems, we use corona discharge systems to supply ozone. This is the most efficient and cost-effective method (compared to ultraviolet lighting). This system uses electrical discharges to ionize the air and produce ozone.
What is ozone?
Ozone is a gas consisting of 3 oxygen atoms (O3). Although it is quite unstable (its half life is short) and tends to transform back into oxygen (O2), it has a very high oxidation potential (higher than chlorine) - 2.075 V. These properties make ozone one of the ideal solutions for a very wide range of applications, including:

Water with nanobubbles is already successfully used in agriculture - in breeding chickens, pigs, fish and shrimp, it significantly reduces production costs by accelerating animal growth and allows to avoid the use of antibiotics.
Water with nanobubbles used to water vegetables, fruits and other plants results in their faster growth, greater resistance to diseases, they have a richer taste, all without the use of additional fertilizers and herbicides.
Vegetables, fruits and meat washed in water with nanobubbles with ozone significantly extend their storage and usability for consumption without the use of chemicals, apples and fruits do not have microorganisms on their surface for four months, thanks to which they do not spoil.
In supermarkets, fish sprinkled with water with nanobubbles with ozone or placed on stands in ice made from water with nanobubbles and ozone completely eliminate the formation of odors and unpleasant smells and also extend the date of consumption.
Water in animal husbandry is the cheapest and best source of nutrients. The appropriate quality and quantity of water given for consumption determines the growth, quality of meat and health of animals. Water with nanobubbles has a beneficial effect on the physiological transformation of the body and its efficiency. Studies confirm that the use of water with nanobubbles improves the milk yield of cows by 10-15 percent, the weight gain of pigs by 12-15 percent and the egg production of hens by 5-10 percent (Kołacz, Dobrzański, 2006). Water with nanobubbles improves the condition and health of animals, eliminates the need to use antibiotics and other improvers. It increases the health immunity of animals and significantly reduces the risk of diseases.
